How an Innoveev engagement actually unfolds.
We design, build and ship product software end-to-end — primarily mobile apps (native or cross-platform), web apps (Next.js / React), and the AI/ML systems behind them.
Most engagements are full-stack — a senior PM, design, and 2–4 engineers — though we also embed individuals into existing teams when that's the right shape.
The bar we hold ourselves to.
Mobile: native Swift & Kotlin or Flutter / React Native — we choose per product based on what it needs, not by default. Web: Next.js or Remix with TypeScript end-to-end. Backend: Node or Go on Postgres, deployed on Fly / Render / Vercel depending on shape.
We're opinionated by default but not religious — if your team owns a different stack, we'll meet you there.
Straightforward and predictable.
Discovery is a fixed fee. Build phases are scoped at fixed price per milestone with a clear change-order process. Retainers and squad augmentation bill monthly at a fixed team rate.
We don't do time-and-materials — it punishes you for our slow days.
Four offices, one studio.
Headquarters in Dubai (DXB). Engineering hubs in Damascus (DAM) and Istanbul (IST). EU operations from Tallinn (TLL). Most teammates work hybrid; meeting rooms in all four cities.
