PropTech lands in Dubai: the region's first PropTech Connect

The Dubai Land Department hosted the Middle East edition of PropTech Connect on 4–5 February 2026 — the first regional expansion for the global property-technology forum, expected to convene more than 3,000 participants and 1,500 companies.
