In plain English

What it is, and why we use it.

The App Store is Apple's exclusive distribution channel for iOS. Every app is reviewed against Apple's guidelines before it goes live, and updates go through the same gate. The audience skews high-value: iOS users spend more per head than any other platform, which is why most consumer products launch here first.

We handle the full submission pipeline for every iOS app we ship — App Store Connect setup, privacy nutrition labels, TestFlight betas, phased rollouts, and shepherding review (including the rejections nobody warns you about). We design to the Human Interface Guidelines so review is a formality, not a fight.

Key differences

App Store vs Google Play vs Huawei AppGallery.

The two stores that matter for almost every app, plus the one that matters if you ship to Huawei devices.

App Store wins when

  • Revenue comes from subscriptions or paid apps
  • Your audience is premium and iOS-first
  • Tight OS integration (widgets, Watch, Handoff) matters

Google Play wins when

  • Reach and emerging-market install base are the goal
  • You want faster review and flexible rollouts
  • Android is your primary platform

Huawei AppGallery wins when

  • You're targeting Huawei devices or China
  • Google services aren't available to your users
  • You can integrate HMS Core in place of GMS
Our take

For consumer products we launch on the App Store first — it's where intent-to-pay lives. We treat its review process as a design constraint, not an obstacle, and ship apps that pass clean.
